[V8] tire musings

The stock tire on a V8Q has an "H" rating, hence the sticker on the dash that states you are not to exceed 130mph. A "V" speed rating will go to 149mph.

I've also had great luck with Kumho's, and General's. I run snows and summers, "All-season" tires are too much of a comprimise for me.

However, I did just put the General UHP's on my aunt's HHR, and she has been quite happy with them. She says they are quieter and handle the water (Houston, lots of rain) much better than the factory tires (goodyears) even when new.
