[V8] Battery question

Yes, it desulfates.  It's made by Vector but sold as a Black & Decker.  I
got it at Sam's Club.

OK, what kind of "conditioning charger"?  And how is that different than a
"battery tender" smart charger?  Does is de-sulfate?
