[V8] power steering hose

That is how I did it.  Either way is a PITA, but going through the  
wheel well has the added benefit of allowing you to use a torque  
wrench on the easily broken banjo bolt.
It is highly recommended (by me anyway) to torque these, both to make  
sure they are tight enough to not leak, and not over tightened to ruin  
your whole weekend.
