Sam, do not run the 3.6 injectors with the 4.2, you will and up way lean and can end up damage the 4.2 (read melted aluminum!!). When I did my swap, I went the ford 19lb injectors.... at at 4psi (that's our rail pressure), that translates to roughply a 24lb injector. Allan

I posted on Motorgeek right before I realized it was better to post here 
instead. Title says it all...have a '91 5-speed 3.6L with ABT chip and I'm 
finally upgrading to an '92 ABH 4.2. Double-checking before I remove the 
engine tomorrow, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm going to end up with: 

4.2L ABH 5-speed powered by the 3.6L's chipped ECU, harness, and complete 
intake (including injectors).
