[V8] PT & ABT --> ABH & ABT

I picked up the Ford injectors off eBay since they were way cheaper than I
expected and NEW - I'd have to use a cleaning/testing service if I used the
stock ones. Any particular AFPR you'd recommend or had experience with? The
mechanical stuff is second nature to me, but the tuning is all new.
