[V8] Does anyone know this car?

As far as "ruining a motor" that he is mentioning, maybe he doesn't want
someone reving the piss out of it in neutral, or maybe it does not have  rev
limiter and he is worried of over-rev, etc?  Hard to say, But I don't at all
see what he wouldn't let you sit in the car while he takes it for a spin at
least?

I'm sure the guy with a V8 in his coupe could chime in as I'm sure he's got
some good insight to this project.
