[V8] Window Regulator KB page

Given the hassle I had with a window that wouldn't go up, even when
given 12V at the motor, I decided to write a Mediawiki page for it for
the Knowledgebase.

Although there are a lot of steps, removal of the inner door panel/frame
wasn't a difficult as I feared. Doing that let me get the window up
and secured to get me through a NH winter and better weather when I can
do a permanent fix. And marking the exact bolt and shim locations meant
the window frame was aligned with the door frame on the first try. :)

These instructions were done on a V8, but I understand they also apply
to any Type 44 (100, 200, and V8).
