[V8] Distributor seals

I personally have never seen the green o-ring leak. It is always the blue square one. On the drivers side you are correct, there is only one large diameter square ring. Audi used that same ring in 4 places total - one on each distributor and one between the front of each head and the back of the timing belt cover. They also used 2 smaller diameter square rings to seal other areas. One is on the rear of the passenger side head, under a cover with three torx head bolts. The other is on the front of the drivers side head, again between the head and tb cover. The reason I mention all of these is that by the time you need to replace one of these the others aren't far behind from leaking. It sounds like you just need to replace the drivers side distributor square ring. If you get leaks in other areas you can always go back and do them later.
