[V8] Power steering Woes

Thanks everyone for your input about my Steering Woes.
Yes I did replace the rack in hopes of fixing the chatter problem.  I know there is no air in the system,  I did secure the lines in thier proper ports on the rack. I dont know if all racks have this but the one I bought has arrows embossed at the ports to cut confusion.  With the car in the air the chatter goes away until you speed up the steering motion, the chatter returns.  I did have a huge belt noise upon initially starting the car after installing the rack.  It went away in about 30 seconds and did not return in subsequent starts.  I will check the tension on the drive belt tensioner. I've never replaced it.  Ill report back soon I have the next two days off.
