He said he got no smoke with the 5sp ECU.

 All so, it's my understanding in such a setup (4.2 5sp with 3.6 stuff with bigger inj) that the ECU will have to learn what's going on now with the motor.... so the Auto ECU might have to learn longer than a 5sp ECU would?
