[V8] coolant hose

Someone had done this on my Corrado when I got it.  Basically they just cut
the radiator hose and put a plastic tube in there with an outside diameter
roughly similar to the inside diameter of the hoses.  Then they just put a
band clamp at each end to hold it in place.  I drove it that way for about
10 years without any problems.
