Roger,

 I'd go with the Boges.

 As far as R&R on the front,
you can replace the shocks w/o removing the housing from the car. But if you plan on replacing the bearings or shock boot then yes you need to remove the housings and use a spring comp.

 As far as the rears go,
it's a piece of cake. four nuts and bolts hold the housing, use a spring comp to remove the mounting, replace shock.

 I'd be more than willing to come up and do this for you if you wanted. I could stop by Deltdergos and get a sport wheel I've wanted to get from him for my 200.
