[V8] Vl: E-brake functionality

It is supposed to do that to some extent, but it still has to retract when
you release the e-brake as well.  The one from the pearl car ONLY inches
outward rather than retracting when the e-brake lever is released (the one
on the silver car doesn't work at all).

For some reason the three passenger side calipers that I have are all fine,
but the three driver side are all broken or non-functioning in some way.
What's up with that??
