 I took this picture in Chicago of a guy that tried that concept on a BMW using a smaller wheel, same size tire

I feel like this conversation is getting a little intense, so I have a
solution for lowering the car that no one can deny will keep the stock
spring rate and suspension travel with no cutting or welding.  The answer:
smaller tires.
