[V8] Intermittent Wiper Relay thing/Archive search

Hey, I remember somebody at some point long ago, posted a way to make  
the wipers "intermittent", by using a relay, and as I recall, the  
cruise control switch.  I thought I'd saved it, and was one of those  
"I'm going to do that someday" things, but can't find it....Anyone  
recall that.  I also was wondering if anyone's figured out a  method  
of searching the Archives?....Tom
