Yep, replaced several in coustomer cars. HOwever, those of you with Manual transmissions are not affected like the auto's. As Scott said, it's where the TCU sits, and they get flooded. I was usually able to do them for around $7-900, sourcing good used TCU's. BTW, Passats share this design flaw as well 99-04. I happen to own an 00 that floods when sitting at the wrong angle. I just keep a tarp over it, and never have a problem. Perhaps someday I'll actually clean the sunroof drains................
