[V8] 1990 V8 in need of help!!!

Hello everyone!
It is time to take a decision and I really need all inputs.
I have the only 1990 V8 in Buenos Aires,, Argentina with about 240.000 miles and was still running strong.
Last year I discovered a leak on the radiator and I got one from Ron (the other guru) and I started to get the parts to do the TB which is due, but I was postponing everything since most of last year I was in China and did not use the car at all.
I came back to Buenos Aires by the end of 2009 and started the car without any trouble.
I also noticed some white smoke which I believe might be the valve cover gasket, and I don’t know what else so I need all gurus opinions
[I don’t know if I need a new set of gaskets or a new engine (there is a chance to get my hands on a big diesel Audi engine but not sure).

Interior/exterior was in decent shape (no rush to do a major paint job yet) but I need a few things to be taken care of, see list below:

   1) Window regulator (see image # 0859) (Driver’s window or both front windows)
   2) Right side Audi emblem (just the emblem, not the whole unit)
   3) Front Doors (inner panel) Fasteners (1 or 2 dozens)
   4) The whole driver's controller for windows, mirrors & memory seat.
   5) Plastic covers for the interior lights (the 2 rear ones w/the acrylic)
   6) Trunk rings emblem (Part # 441-853-742)
   7) Pair of gaskets for the timing belt cover (parts # 077-109-139E & D)?
   8) Door Lock Kit (the one that usually breaks), (front passenger door, or both doors) 
   9) Headlight Wiper, Left (or both sides) (COMPLETE), (part # 441-955-407D)
  10) Front (right & left) side marker light (part # 441-941-625B & 441-941-626B)
  11) Turn Signal-Parking light (Part # 441-953-050 D)
  12) Dashboard Driver’s Side Cover (part # 441-857-045A-(PN) Grey Interior) 
  13) Ventilation Flap Spring (Passenger side) (the one that usually causes trouble) 
  14) Set of 4 carpet covers (Grey color)
  15) Under-engine tray (Part #??? )

Like all this was not hard enough to achieve (specially without a lot of money and in a country where the car is from another planet),
Last April 18th, a big hail storm happened in the area where I had left my car for the day. There were ice rocks the size of a fist falling,
so to all this I now need front and rear glasses and have to fix the roof, the hood and the trunk and who knows what else.

I need to collect opinions from all of you people because nobody in Argentina understands what this car means and also, please let me know what parts can you supply in order to make this feasible.

I am in China right now but I can receive all the parts in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
I’ll be in the states by the end of May but I can pay and receive anytime.
