If it were me, I'd just keep driving it as long as it's not loosing  
coolant and overheating or getting coolant inthe oil. It's kind of a  
weak motor but unless you pull heavy a lot it should be fine. As I  
say, I pull heavy with mine and run too much boost and too much fuel  
but I have a boost Gauge and pyrometer. It's very important that your  
exhaust temp stays below 1200 degrees at all times so gauges are a  
must.  One thing you may try is replacing the thing on the valve cover  
that looks like a tuna can on it's side. This will probably help with  
your blowby issues somewhat. Watch oil level, condition of oil and  
coolant level and temp and you should be ok unless deeper problems  
have already developed. Honestly I like mine and will keep it until  
the body falls off.  Good luck and keep me posted
