[V8] Transmission Problem?

Sounds similar to one of my previous cars which lost planetary gears, 
making that noise when i tried to go forward or reverse and rocked a 
little bit like almost trying to move.. Fortunately nothing else was 
damaged in there, i hope nothing worse for you either..
