Doesn't the 5sp have a dashpot for that......or is that just for turbo cars?

Sorry, guys. I couldn't see it on my phone (problems with the list - the way
the list paginates/truncates such things.  Anyhow, I believe that's the
adjustment for the return throttle damper so that on the 5-speed cars it
doesn't just fly shut.  I believe Steve Buchholtz alluded that that might be
for emissions compliance.
