[V8] V94 Alarm system control module location

IIRC the start of the thread related to the “convenience feature” not working.  This would mean the vehicle in question has the integral pump/alarm controller.

Acutually, only the '91 and later v8 have the alarm feature intergrated into the pump. The early 91' & back, have a separate modual under the passenger dash pad opposite the cruise controle modual (just like the 200)

On the V8Q the alarm is integrated into the bi-pressure pump for the locks. It is under the back seat on the right side. I usually pull the battery to access it, it is inside a foam silencer. If the door locks work with the key but the window "convenience feature" does not it may be the lock controller/alarm but it may be wiring.

Anybody know where is this unit located? Someone told me it should be 
under the dash, had the dash out but it wasn't under there. Any ideas?
