[V8] Steering Rack Rant

Hey, a friend of mine asked me to look at an 02 A6 wagon that he was  
thinking of buying(90K/$7500,think he bought it), and it looked brand  
new in every respect, but he smelled "oil" burning after a run on the  
highway.  I noticed that the hydraulic reservoir was low, and tried  
to get a look at the rack......aside from seeing a glimpse thru the  
wheelwells, looked kinda buried in there.  While I've been putting  
off the rack/timing belt on the Lago car, I'm guessing that the A6  
isn't much fun either.....Tom
