No.  Please read the other messages in this thread.  You are looking for a GL-4 lubricant.  If you must have Red Line, that would be MT-90, but @ $13 per quart I can't imagine it is much cheaper than the stuff you get at the dealer ...

This the one I am looking at. Specifically states that it has reduced wear for
