[V8] C5 vs C4, not as far off as you think...

What would you guys think, between a 1998, 133kmi A6 avant, or a 1999,
139kmi A6 Avant?

Now, I sort of would say, with a bb of 4500 or so, the 99 is the winner.
untill you look at all the extra baggage you get with it...  Brand new
model, 30v complication, and overall I'd say less reliability.    On top of
that, S6 seats in the 98, 7th row seat, and one owner for the last 9 years,
whom is older.

So, what would you guys think?  The C5 is more refined no doubt, and nicer
looking (prefer it to the C4 exterior), but can it be as comfy seat-wise as
the s6 interior?

What would be the better purchase?  Cause one will be in my driveway like,
in the next month.
