Hey Mike....Loved it.  For the sake of bandwidth etc....I copied the  
text  and sent it off to many who will totally appreciate it.   It  
was a joy to read.  While my TV doesn't get "flip this house"  
etc....I hated that/all that crap with a passion.  A good friend of  
mine(contractor) is walking away from his "dream home" on the 31st,  
and is a good example of someone who got caught up in the frenzy/ 
crash.  What I, and many of you would love to see, is the price of  
the V8 following something like the price of gold recently.....It's  
all supply and demand right?...Guess there's no demand....I sold all  
my gold years ago, but I ain't selling the 5-speed ever!  Sincerely, Tom
