Indeed Kent. But ownership got interesting rite away with a sticky throttle linkage/cable 1/2 mile or so down the street from Kent's New Hampshire residence...... But with a little lube I was able to fix it and got back on the road.
More to come i'm sure.
Now to finish my cheese burger and get back on the road.
Thank you Kent.

No, not what you're thinking. I was sworn to secrecy, but now that paperwork
has been traded, it can be announced.
In a deal that would make Theo Epstein (the Red Sox General Manager) proud,
Ron W. traded (and I may have this wrong) one of his V8s for a '90 200 Avant
with V8 from Ohio, which he turned around and traded to me for my '90 V8
5-speed and '91 200 TQA. Some of you may have seen Ron with it at S-fest.
For me, the net result is a 2-fer-1 swap, making my S.O. happy (but not as
happy as if I did a 2-fer-0 swap). I am now the proud owner of the '90 200
Avant that was converted to a V8 (ex-Michael Pirnia). The new-to-me V8 Avant
(sorry Roger W.) needs some work, and the ones Ron acquired do too, but what
alte Audi doesn't? If you're keeping a tally, this will be my 6th Audi Avant.
More to follow as Ron checks in. He's on his way home with his new toys as I
write this.
