[V8] Pent-whats-in?

There must be a common substitute for this, I assume something decent like
Royal Purple synethetic is OK?

My steering has gone daftly heavy, and there was a weird mineral-oily wet
spot under the right front side.  I think maybe a hose is leaking.  Hope to
sort that out this weekend.  Was hoping I could get a decent OTS replacement
product w/o a special trip to a dealership, I understand lots and lots of
cars spec the same stuff as is in ours.

PS - anyone know how much fluid I need for a flush/fill?  Presuming it's a
hose and nothing worse...
