[V8] 200 TQA

So, Looking around for an Audi avant for the impending doom that is winter
which I might very well endure.  Blah.  And I'm considering that an S6 A
might not be in the cards nor necessary at this time.  I've seen a few very
reasonable priced 10v and one 20v Audi 200s, what do you fine folks think?

Primarily interested in a 1989 Audi 200 TQA that is for sale about 100 miles
away.  Has a purportedly dead fuel pump, but its hard to say whats wrong,
haven't looked at it.  Needless to say, the price is very very right.  Oh,
is the v8 fuel pump the same, in which case that's an easy fix ;-)

Any other parts that are identical on these puppies?   Also, anyone here
know is that an MC1 or MC2 (the 89).  Last car I had was a 5kqt circa 87, i
believe that was an MC1, and I believe this is an MC2, but its still the
miserable CIS System right?  My favorite.

Just boost hoses/vac leaks and compression checks aside, pretty reliable
aren't they?  Mine had 230k when it was put under... so I assume so.

Any good input peeps?  I know you all probably have some experience with the
"lesser" t44s to add.  Thanks!
