The FleaBay ad is legit, the CL ad is typical copy/paste the scammers
use.
I don't recall if it was someone on this list or on a motorcycle board
I'm on, but one of the members was very surprised to see his vehicle
pictured in one of these scam ads.
They just cull them from the net, that's why eBay uses some pretty sharp
software that flags pics copied from current or previous auctions and
pulls the auctions.  I was bidding on something a while ago and the
auction disappeared suddenly, found out it was because the seller was
using the same pic he'd used before in another auction for a similar
item.  I bought it anyway with no probs.
