[V8] lost key

Kent,
If the locks on the car are original then you should be able to order a
key from your local dealer by providing your VIN.
If you doubt their originality then your best way is to remove a door
handle and use that lock cylinder to determine the cut of the key.
As far as getting into the locked car--any chance you're a AAA member?
They'll do it for you for free. If not, try calling a local locksmith
and see if they provide the service. They'll probably be able to cut
the key for you at the same time.
