I don't have one available, but this will give you an idea about what it
looks like:

Someone made one from a 2-inch piece of 1-inch(?) square tubing welded at
right angles to a 12-inch piece of 1-inch square tubing. An appropriate
notch was cut out of the shorter piece to fit the crank.

Someone else jammed a flat pry bar in there to hold the crank in place.

Using a pneumatic impact driver helps deliver the torque to get the nut
loose, although a *long* (4-foot) cheater bar works too.
