 You just are stepping on more toes of folks you don't know....  I've parted cars, had my own Audi shop for over 10 years, and I still broker Audis, still buy new and used Audi parts every day. I believe to know well, most aspects of professional Sales and Customer Service, and their direct relation to Company reputation - as that was my Corporate Sales Manager responsibility prior to getting into the Audi business.  I know Shokan's reputation, because I've been in Audi for 20 years, 13 of that 20 as my profession.  We can certainly agree, Shokan's reputation could use some polishing.  If you don't agree, I might suggest you use the search engine on any Audi forum.  You won't need to look very hard.

IME, UPS doesn't 'run like weenies', they are experts in packaging, and are brutal when it's a 'sender' packaging problem.  And, once you are over the average shipping claims (esp as a 'sender' packaging badly), they will not allow you to insure further packages.  Liar?  I can only share my experience, as have others, that directly conflicts with your summary claim.  I don't know you, but I'm very familiar with UPS and FEDEX shipping and insurance policies.  Including with used Audi parts.

Again, I might suggest you defending Shokan as you have on this thread, is not helping Shokan in *any* positive way.  Insulting Shokan's potential customers is best left for them to do directly, if they so choose?

And from your responses on this forum, I suspect there is a deeper rooted issue that you are trying to prove.  Whatever that is, it doesn't look good on you.  Spilling any of it on Shokan, doesn't do them any good either.

Scott I have nothing to do with this biz(Shokan)  we just parted some Porsches a few years ago and there is very little in it. As a matter of fact so little I took much of the car to landfill which is a shame. 
 
To compare the pharma biz that is la la land  - not even close to used autoparts.  
 
so it’s OK to trash somebody’s business and pile on but when there is some push back to those kind of offensive statements (to me at least) omg that’s wrong.
 
yes and ups ran like weenies when they folded up our 928 porsche hood in a conveyor. used parts, no claims. subsequent part shipments, same thing no insurance.  so yeah i’m lying right??
