Well, after threatening to get around to it, I'm finally doing the
timing belt on the Lago car that's been sitting for almost 4 yrs
now. It's still got 107K(nice thing about it sitting is it keeps the
mileage down)......Anyway, after checking in with Ron(thanks), I went
at it, and was amazed at the thought/engineering that went into that
front support system. It's like they built the car on the premise
that the motor would be removed regularly. Oil cooler lines/AC lines
are just long enough to clear, and lay the whole front down right at
your feet. Found 1 torn right front motor mound/noisy Viscous fan
bearing/weepage from waterpump/weepage from main seal, and corrosion
on the main harness connector for the headlights. This was all done
(minus the Viscous bearing) @ the dealer in Denver @ 52K, but back in
2002, and just prior to me getting the car. I'm hoping to get the
belt/everything in tomorrow, as I need to return some of the tools I
borrowed, but need to wait to test drive it, as Spokane House of Hose
has some of the Hydraulic hoses (my parts car isn't a parts car quite
yet), and will hopefully be leakfree once again....Adios, Tom
