[V8] Father/Daughter V8s & 4.2L 5-Speed Programming

If I remember correctly, I believe that Scott has stated that he knows how to make it work, but won't share with the list because "that's his business and he's not in business to give away info like that for free".  Maybe I am incorrect, but I believe that is how the post went.
