Hey, well I flushed the Lago car out a few times with water after
doing the timing belt so as to refill with the newer coolant that
Blau sent with the kit. I decided to drain the driver's side as it
was accessible(couldn't see the passenger one, as my jack is acting
like an Audi, and decided to hemmorage all it's Hydraulic fluid), and
there didn't appear to be a drain seal on that bolt. The ETKA show's
a seal(and a different seal on the passenger one if I'm not
mistaken). Just wondering if anyone know's what that seal might be
made of so I can just find something that works/or if I'm totally
wrong and there's no seal. The dealer in Denver did the last belt,
and guessing they thought it didn't need it(if it was ever there to
begin with)....Isn't leaking right now, but haven't run the car due
to Hydraulic hemmoraging issues with the rebuilt PS hoses(more on
that later)....Sick of draining/fixing leaks on what was a perfectly
awsome car. That 5-gallon bucket of Mobil DTE13-M has saved the day
twice now, and have to drain the hydraulics yet again(totally clean
fluid at this point). That Mini Vac tool has been worth every penny
for sucking out all that hydraulic fluid. Sincerely, Tom(a few small
hurdles from driving the Lago car after all these years.....)
