[V8] Audi a8 99 tranny limp mode.

I wonder if when the fluid and filter was changed they dropped solenoids
and cleaned screens too. Found that to be the culprit on more than one
tip-autobox that was about to be condemned.

Also fixed a similar issue from an air problem. Was inclined to replace a
MAF recently, but first opened the airbox and found a terribly neglected
air filter that blocked the MAF. She told me the symptoms on the road
nearly in tears about a several thousand dollar transmission worry, when I
calmly talked her through disconnecting the MAF plug, problem cleared
dramatically and expected the MAF, but being prudent I found the old nasty
filter, so don't get too worried just yet.
