[V8] V8 stuff

I have a set of V8 E-lights that never got installed.  I no longer have 
a V8 (except for the S8, of course), so I have no need.  I bought them 
before I relayed the V8 lights and found those to be about as good as 
the E-lights in my 200q20v cars.  I kept them because I was thinking 
about putting a V8 front end on the 200q20v avant, but that ain't going 
to happen either.

However, the lights are in MI and I'm in CO until next May.
