[V8] Audi V8 US version facts

Hi,

I am about to scrape together all information I can get about the US 
version of the Audi V8. I already know a lot of details, but I would 
still need input from you regarding the basic configuration and colors 
the V8 has been sold with. Which items where basic (I guess BOSE, 
Connolly?, 16" rims?), which ones were optionally available (did you 
ever have an aux heating? or electric powered rear seats?)? And have you 
ever seen an LWB in the USA? Any numbers on that?

I'm as well curious which colors have been sold in the US. Have you ever 
nautic interior, for example? Or Wollcord? Or Chenille-velour?
