[V8] Audi V8 US version facts

hey, most of this has been discussed already.
No aux heater in the US as per EPA regs - these were and are illegal for 
emissions reasons. No 16" BBS rims either.
And check Jeremy's old page for color references. It's been down for 
quite awhile now but the wayback machine has it archived:
