[V8] Power Steering Fluid Source?

I'm suprised I saw the shell tellius 32 name come up.  We have about 200
some gallons of it in my shop, along with tellius 46 I believe.  Quite a few
hydraulic and lube oils in 55gallon drums.

I expect the fact these oils are used for mining and oil work could have
driven the price up, what with 10000 new wells just in nd going/gone up this
last year and next year.
