[V8] hall sensor

They work very similarly. In fact, if you look at the CPS in say a 1.8T, 
then look at teh hall sensor in a V8 dizzy, they are near identical. The 
mounting is a bit different. However, I'm sure something like Kent posted 
could be retrofited if one was determined enough. The "window plate" is 
already there, so it's just a matter of mounting it in the right location 
relative to the plate.

However, I'll have to agree 100% on the running. I only ever noticed the 
slightest of difference in mine with it unplugged. Even then, I really had 
to pay attention to notice, and it was just a tiny bit of hesitation off 
idle. I don't think that Lillie would have known the difference, and she 
daily drove it. That's how slight the difference was.

BTW, VAG calls the later ones "CPS" anyhow, even though they are mounted in 
the dizzy.
