I dealt with Shokan on a single occasion. I ordered a used center  muffler 
for a 4.2 V8 for a customers car. I made certain that I gave  instructions 
to measure the pipe diameter to ensure it was correct. When  the muffler 
arrived it was a 20v/3.6 center. Of course they wanted me to pay to  ship it 
back, plus a restocking fee. They backed off when I threatened to report  the 
transaction to VISA as a fraudulent. 
 
 I was there when a friend called Shokan about a V8 center taillight  panel 
and was quoted over $300 with no guarantee that it wouldn't be  cracked. 
 
 Shokan will never get a single penny from me, ever.
