#1 Mistake ended when they tried to make me pay for their error.
 
 #2 cracks in shipping only occur with poor packaging or obvious  damage to 
the package.
 
 #3 You haven't been reading very well. Shokan apparently doesn't want  
ANYONE as a customer.

allow insurance on it. So if the tail center gets  cracked in shipping and 
that certainly can happen it's to buyer's  risk

I doubt they would want a guy like you as a  customer!
