That was the 1st thought that crossed my mind. ;) Shokan strikes me  as 
exactly the sort of business that would employ trollers.
 
 When I was still down in VA my favorite place to deal with was Brim's  in 
Kenton Ohio. They nearly always had at least a pair of V8's and never failed 
 to send the correct part, no matter how obscure, once I gave them a  
description of it and where its located on the car.
