[V8] S4 wheels

Roger, I have spare S4 wheels that I want to sell.  I can also test fit them
over UFO brakes on a V8.

I'm almost positive someone here had the UrS4 wheels on their V8 -- and I
don't think any spacers are required, either -- but have no experience with
said wheels.
