[V8] Bogging Down/Restart

The engine does not use the multifunction switch in any way other than the
nuetral safety switch starting lockout.
It sounds to me like you may have a bad connection somewhere or a dying fuel
pump. Or, might be a bad MAF as well. Time to start the troubleshooting
procedure :(
