[V8] control arms

I found a super-easy way only after I did the V8q the hard way and
wrestled with that thing for a good spell many times...

My Merkur XR4Ti has almost the exact same control-arm/bar set-up - and
I was dreading the 'fun' to come.
Then, it hit me - use a puller attachment on a porta-power. That
worked amazingly well and I was done in five minutes. Never broke a
sweat ;)

If you don't have one, maybe you can rent/borrow one - but I tell you
- I would NEVER do it without one again.

Or, maybe you could rig up some ratcheting strap assembly (CAREFULLY,
OF COURSE!) to compress it enough... This part I haven't tried, but
I've thought about it... If you did it right, it would be cake. If
you did it wrong, you could end up injured, so... YMMV!
