[V8] Mass Airflow Sensor

I think Autohaus AZ has them.  They're not cheap.  I used the one from my
parts car, a 92 V8... It has junkyard markings identifying it as from a 1990
V8, so if you can find a used one that way, you might be good.  I think
there's one on eBay that's right around 200 bux.  Impex World listed one for
a good chunk of money too.
