[V8] 1993 V8 No Powe to Fuel Pump

Did you try jympering the relay to make sure your fuel pump is the problem?
Perhaps it's the crank sensor -- which if I recall correctly -- must be
functioning in order to have the fuel pump turn on.

Put the new pump in and again nothing, no prime.
