[V8] No Fuel Pump Power

Heres where I stand so far. If you splice into the wiring at the pump connector and apply 12volts the car fires right up and runs normal. So no power from fuse box. Think the brown wire is just a ground and the Green/Yellow wire comes from the fuse box. Verified that relay functions, start car and relay closes and makes contact when turing over. Jumped relay with wire and no power to the pump. Any ideas? Don't think it can be the sensors because it will start and run fine with direct voltage to the pump.
